Type C

Self-supported Deublin Type C pressure joints are perfect for open-gear machines and elevated steam pressures (10 bar). They are available with a stationary or rotating siphon.

H Series

The widely-spaced, self-aligning carbon bearings of Deublin's H Series distribute loads more evenly, reducing wear and promoting longer seal life. Self-supported design is especially suited for open-gear machines.

HPS Series

These self-supported, duoflow pressure joints feature an external mechanism to adjust the siphon pipe, convex seal design to absorb mechanical and thermal shocks, and dual bearings made from a special grade of carbon graphite.

HS Series

These rod-supported pressure joints feature an external mechanism to adjust the siphon pipe and a convex design to absorb mechanical and thermal shocks.

FSU Unions

Designed for quick and easy installation to reduce downtime, even on large dryer cans. Balanced mechanical seals reduce face contact pressure, extending life to three years or more, and an external seal wear indicator cues preventive maintenance.

FSU Systems

Deublin's innovative stationary siphon and hydroplaning shoe design remove condensate even with differential pressures under 2 psi, eliminating picking and related problems. FSU's 60° siphon places the shoe beyond the sheet, eliminating edge profile problems.

FS Service Kits

Deublin can support its products for decades after the initial installation. Service kits help maintain legacy FS-series steam joints until you're ready to upgrade to FSU.

CK Series

Self-supported CK unions are designed for hot oil in calendering applications. Dual, wear-compensated mechanical seals handle oil temperatures up to 450°F with no external cooling system.

CMS50

Designed for corrugators with high-pressure steam, these bell-mounted unions feature dual mechanical seals to eliminate "short circuiting", reduce torque, and extend service life. They tolerate radial misalignment (up to 3/16") and allow external adjustment of siphon clearance.

F Series

Modern paper machines often have dual-purpose cylinders used for both cooling and drying. Self-supported F-series unions, in combination with a Deublin stationary or rotating siphon, handle both steam and cold water used in these "swing" cylinders.

6000 Series

Cold-water calendering at the end of the paper machine use 6000 series. Seals can be replaced without removing the union from the machine.

FG Series

Designed specifically for Yankee Dryers, FG unions are bell-mounted with the seal ring assembly mounted on the rotating cylinder journal and the wear-compensated counter seal inside the stationary union.

Turbulence Bars

As machine operating speeds increase, centrifugal force causes the condensate to cling evenly to the dryer's inside diameter. Turbulence bars form a cage-like structure inside the dryer that disrupts this "condensate rimming" and improves heat transfer efficiency.

Sight Glass

Available on most Deublin steam joints, sight glasses allow monitoring of condensate flow.

Siphon & Pickup Shoes

From EcoSINT and RotoSINT rotating siphons and SRS elbow siphons for low-speed open-gear machines, to DeltaSINT cantilevered stationary siphons for speeds over 1300 meters/minute, Deublin has a condensate removal solution that minimizes differential pressure and blow-through.
