Returns from End Users
Deublin will accept returned products only if ALL the following conditions apply:
- The product must have been purchased directly from Deublin.
- The product must be new, unused, and in its original Deublin packaging.
- The product must have been purchased within the last 12 months.
- The product must be a standard, normally stocked item. Custom or Make-To-Order (MTO) items may not be returned. Please contact Customer Service at [email protected] or +1-847-689-8660 to confirm an item’s classification.
- The return must be authorized by Deublin. For authorization, you must call Customer Service at +1-847-689-8660. Customer Service will ask for your contact information and the model number(s) and quantity of unions you wish to return, and then issue a Case Number which MUST be on the outside of your shipment to us. We cannot accept any returns that do not display a valid Case Number.
- Returned items must be shipped prepaid freight to the nearest Deublin location.
- Re-stocking fees will apply to any returned products as follows:
- 25%; subject to evaluation of returned items
- 10%; if replacement order is placed for correct items
- 0%; if error is made by Deublin
